When dropping your child at training or a match you must ensure that they are handed into the care of a coach or club official (team manager or committee member), if you are new to the club and unsure of the coach/official's names then please ask at the next session.
Please do not allow your child to walk into the venue unaccompanied. We are aware that a number of parents lift share, in this instance the lift provider should walk the children into the venue.
In the event that the coach or club official is not at the court you must stay with your child/children under your care until such time as they can be handed to the coach or club official.
For collection after training, we ask that you collect your child from the courts.
We are aware that some older children are used to making their own way to and from school. If you would like your child to make their own way to the session or home from the session then please email the club to confirm that you give your consent for this.
