By confirming availability for and attending this session you are confirming that you have read and understand the COVID-19 Health Declaration for Netball Fitness Activity and the Personal Risk Assessment documents. Also available on the Club Website. If in the last 7 days; You have a fever, a continuous cough, loss of taste or smell you should not attend netball training You have had any COVID-19 symptoms then you should not leave the home to participate in netball training and should arrange for a COVID-19 test. Any of your household have displayed COVID-19 symptoms then you should not leave the house to attend netball training You are self-isolating/in quarantine you must not leave home to attend netball training. Some members may be higher risk to contract COVID-19. Please be aware of this and follow the advice of your GP or medical professional.
