I am sure all of you who have signed up for pre-season are aware of arrangements. A big thank you to Lee who has answered lots of your questions over the summer!

**AGM and AWARDS**
-Please arrive no earlier than 5pm but no later than 5:45pm to drop kit off (during this time there will be a brief catch up regarding transport for the week for those too young to stay beyond Tuesday this year.)
-The club AGM will then begin at 6pm.
-The club awards will take place at 6:30 and the party starts around 8pm.
-Awards night ends at 10:30pm.

**PRE-SEASON**
Just a reminder that due to the numbers who are staying over on Monday night, “camping” will be indoors in the gym floor area, so no tents this time. Please remember sleeping mats/camp beds, pillow and sleeping bags, PJs and toiletries and training kit for the Tuesday. A reminder that all players moving into Y6 and below must be accompanied by a chaperone over night.

Please can everyone remember..
- Health declaration form
- A NAMED plastic container for breakfast and lunch
- A NAMED knife and folk
- A NAMED water bottle
- Sweets and snacks (DPNC will provide breakfast and lunch for all campers on the Tuesday but please remember extras if you think you might get hungry.)

For those starting September in Y6 and below you will then leave at 4pm following the afternoon training session. Please remember your packed lunch if you are attending Wednesday training. Evening meals will be provided for all old enough to stay the week.

**KIT LIST – please pack light as space is limited**
Please make sure you have enough training kit for the week – preferably DPNC.
Your netball.
Swimming kit
Extra socks
A spare pair of trainers
Water-proof incase of rain
Shower kit
Casual clothes for the evening

Although the club will carry a first aid kit it is advisable to bring a small kit of your own as well as any tape/strapping you may need to use during the week.

Note book and pen/pencil.

Due to low numbers – senior night will not take place this year Izzy Wilkinson Abby Burke. So pre-season will end for all those who have camped at 4pm on Thursday, 1pm for all other players moving into Y6 and below.

**SATURDAY COACHES AND UMPIRES**
We will be taking applications for Saturday coaches and umpires on Wednesday evening of pre-season. If you are moving into Y9 and above and would like to get involved please let us know.

**NOTTINGHAM**
Those signed up for Nottingham will receive more information on the night of the AGM. If you are available and have not already signed up please let us know ASAP. We are still short of players in U11/12/14/15 age groups.

**TEAM SELECTIONS**
Affiliation forms should be received no later than Wednesday 31st August.
Team selections for the Saturday DPNC League, Senior League and training nights will be emailed out on Friday afternoon following this deadline and pre-season training.

**SENIOR**
All players moving into Y10 and above are eligible for selection into senior squads. There are many matches and tournaments taking place in September so please join the senior facebook page for more information.
